Each item is completely unique and one-of-a-kind as we are working with organic materials no two pieces are exactly the same, we can create similar pieces using shards of similar colors shapes and sizes. Not only do we love to scour the beach searching for buried treasures, we love to scour the book stores for written treasures. Are you gettin’ what we were thinking? We were thinking...bookmarks!
So we strung delicate glass seed beads and attached two authentic beach glass nuggets of coordinating shades and encased them in silver wire, we also dangled sterling silver tube spacers and sparkling Sworovski crystal that make the nuggets of beach glass pop! So while collecting chunky wonderful shards of beach glass we always come across these teeny tiny little nuggety nuggets that we put aside for future use. We love the little darlings as much as the chunky nuggets used for our super fun, totally stylin’ home accessories, and jewelry. We also love to design hand made, one-of-a-kind all occasion cards. We use watercolor paper and simple graphic imagery to create timeless keepsakes. The simplicity of the designs screams school days and passing notes to bff’s. One day a teeny shard fell on a darling little card. The idea struck. Tiny shards, darling cards....SHARD CARDS were born. They are perfect for when you want to send a big smile to your gal-pal, well wishes to your neighbor, or a sweet dreams to sweetie. They are authentic, one-of-a-kind and beachy keen!
